One of the outstanding performers of the PumpEng range is ScatPump^®. 

The ScatPump^® is a rugged, top-discharge slurry submersible pump with a mechanical agitator and wide clearances. Unlike side-discharge pumps, it boasts fewer wear-prone surfaces and fits snugly into tight spaces. With high-chrome iron components, the ScatPump^® excels in durability and performance. Mine operators report that ScatPump^® performs well in the harshest environments, in floor sumps in nickel mines, dealing with muck, fines and shotcrete fibres in gold mines and handling slurry, wash down and ferro silicate products in lithium mines. 

ScatPump^® is a high performer in processing applications, including mill sumps, fly ash, residue ponds, conveyor sumps, wash-down sumps, and stockpile runoff sumps.  

For tighter areas, the "MiniScat" offers a 1.5 kW and 2.2 kW option, equipped with smart features like incorrect direction detection and thermal shutdowns.

PumpEng's flagship pumps include the JetGuard^® and Guardian, designed to excel in harsh environments. The JetGuard^® features an all-metal wet end with a high chrome impeller, ideal for scenarios with challenging elements like polypropylene fibers, aggressive sulphides and tramp materials. They perform well in underground and surface mining environments, as well as general dewatering. The Guardian, an upgrade to the Raptor range, also boasts an all-metal wet end with a high chrome impeller, extending pump life and reducing repair costs. With models ranging from 8 kW to 20 kW, it covers various market needs.
